Education Worker with the Gwent Missing Children and Child Sexual Exploitation Team

Stefanie has joined our team in August 2019 and is bringing with her several years of experience working with vulnerable children.  Stefanie has been working as a Support Officer & Attendance Officer in both, the Primary and Secondary School sector. In addition to this she has qualified as a Licenced Thrive Practitioner working with children, parents and carers with social and emotional well-being needs. Stefanie has a vast background of Resilience and Well-being in Children and Young People, Dealing with Challenging Behaviour, and Restorative Approaches to Managing Behaviour and Discipline. Stefanie specialises in working with the most vulnerable of children, young people and their families/carers from all backgrounds. One of her biggest assets is her caring nature for people who need it most.
Stefanie lives in the Torfaen area with her partner, her child and two dogs. She is passionate about the environment, nature and the great outdoors. You will often find her exploring the UK in her spare time.
