Health Worker with the Gwent Missing Children and Child Sexual Exploitation Team
Penny Davies trained as a Nurse at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London before training to be a Health Visitor at the University of the South Bank. After working as a Health Visitor in East London, Sussex and Bristol she moved to South East Wales to work in the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area.
After working in both Newport and Caldicot and completing an MSc in Child Health at Cardiff University, she worked for approximately 9 years as a Looked after Children’s Nurse.
She commenced her current post in May 2015 and continues to work to educate and raise awareness around Missing Children and Child sexual Exploitation.
Penny is married with two children
